HSD Long Nose HSK Electrospindle

No router is complete without a high quality spindle and the M3 is no different.
The M3 has as standard the best on the market from Italian world
leader HSD. Not only is the 9kW spindle powerfull and quiet, the long nose
version with bearings spaced wider allows for less vibration and
improved rigidity at the tool tip.

State of the art OSAI controller & touchscreen interface

All professional series machines from Maxicam come with the latest
generation OSAI controller from leading Italian controls specialist
Prima Electro. Closed loop servo control via mechatrolink III ensures
pinpoint accuracy and reliability through digital drivers and high torque
Yaskawa servo motors.

8 Position rotary HSK ATC as standard

HSK leads the way. HSK tool clamping is vastly superior over the
standard ISO 30 cone shaped tool holders.
Due to the improved design of the tool holder the spindle clamps
from within the holder meaning as the centrifugal force increases
with spindle rotation the tool is clamped harder and
not released like its ISO 30 predecessor. Great for demanding
applications where heavy tooling is required.

Easy to use Software

Maxicam routers come with easy to use CAD/CAM Software. convert designs in to NC code quickly and easily with Vectric. Maxicam CNC machines are fully intergrated with Wood Designer’s Polyboard and Stairdesigner for full parametirc cabinet and stair manufacture. The powerful easy to use software generates cutting maps/lists for nesting directly on Maxicam CNC routers.
