Professional affordable finishing table from Powell CNC

The DCT-3 digital cutting machine with camera guided, knife cutting, creasing & routing capability offers material processing flexibility across multiple industries. The digital cutting table can be optionally configured with static, conveyorised and auto sheet feeding bed to suit processing requirements. The BK3 is the complete digital finishing solution.

Safe and efficient

Equipped with infrared automatic safety sensor device which prevents ingress of limbs in to the danger zone. As well as the photoelectric safety sensor the machine operates crash barriers to protect the operator from high speed collisions from the gantry beam.

Energy saving vacuum pump with frequency converter

Optimal material hold-down with software adjustable vacuum zones via the cutter server control software, blank off unused areas of the table quickly with just a few mouse clicks. Eco vacuum system with adjustable power frequency dependent on part size. No need to run the vacuum pump at full frequency when working with smaller parts, pump speed can be adjusted on the fly through the cutter server software.

Flexible three head system

The BK comes with up to 3 tool heads for multiple tool configurations available to work on the same work piece. The flexibility of the quick change tool system allows maximum flexibility when processing 100’s of materials with pre-configured cutting parameters from the material library reducing human error, increasing speed and profitability.

Advanced software integration

Integration from the leading design, packaging and print software is supported. Import CAD files directly in to IBright, IPlyCut or SmartCut layout software for increased productivity. Whether using the pinpoint accuracy of the CCD camera, roll to roll function for the textile industry, punch and score tools for leather the BK3 is a truly versatile digital finishing machine.
