Up to 5m wide processing area.

The DCTS digital cutting table is completely flexible due to its modular approach to table sizes and head configuration. Choose from many different standard module sizes up to a maximum width of 5000mm (4900mm processing). Configurable head options include tangential knife cutting and routing for materials up to 50mm in thickness.

Double you're productivity with dual beam processing

The Powell DCTS digital cutting table has the option to cut using a dual beam setup, two tools working independently or together on the same part. The solution provides the performance of two machine in the foot print of a single machine, thus improving productivity and profitability.

ARC - Automatic Router bit Changing

The efficiency of auto router bit changing is 10 times more than manual tool changing. All tools can be preset and there is no need for intervention between tool bit changes. The router bit changes can complete without removing the router module and is safe fast and easy to operate. Using ARC it’s possible to use multiple tools on the same job automatically.

AP - Auto Processing

Intelligent material library – The system contains the parameters for hundreds of material types preconfigured for more than 10 industries. Compatible with different RIP software for automatic nesting and processing. Compatible with ONYX & Caldera RIP software. Auto bleeding option, to cut the perfect edge the system has auto bleeding function which facilitates the user to adjust the bleed according to their requirements.
