FR3210T UV Hybrid printer is the most popular and functional with its 3200mm printing width, when working area is limited and different material types are needed. With extension tables at the back and front, it can print unlimited length of rigid and flexible media due to its vacuum belt feeding and conveying system. Using the UV ink, it prints excellent images on various rigid medias, such as glass, acrylic, wood, PVC foam board, KT board, polycarbonate, MDF, aluminium, cellphone case, ceramic tiles, and flexible materials like banners, vinyl, mesh, etc.

Our hybrid UV Printer is equipped with belt conveyor control system for mobile media in either a roll to roll or rigid media application. Almost all rigid media with a maximum thickness of 50mm can be absorbed on to the printing platform. In addition, the optional white and varnish ink modes contribute to the excellent multi-functionality of the HT2500UV Hybrid.
Full loop auto media thickness detection and auto height control system. Auto skip function to identify and evade blank parts, with an optional pipeline printing mode. Optional UV light irradiation power & Nozzle compensation function. Auto pin registration devices & Anti-collision device on the carriage.
Water-cooled Led UV lamps for longer life time, more silent operation, no ozonic gas and less heat emission than mercury lamps. Drawer-type UV lamp cassette makes it easy to replace the lamps when needed.
